We are real estate investors who look for properties in the Cleveland area. - We are looking for someone who can visit properties for us as needed and run other related errands (e.g., access for investors, paperwork that must be done locally). - The work is expected to be occasional (1-2x / wk / $50-75 / appointment) to start and will likely increase. If you're interested in getting started in real estate, or you would just like some extra cash (a few hundred a month most likely), this is a great opportunity for you.
