About the Role: Advance Concrete is looking for Carpenters & Rodbusters for our Concrete Construction Division that are a dependable, hardworking, and experienced individuals. Key Responsibilities Experience building concrete forms and/or tying rebar for concrete structures. Ideal candidates must be comfortable operating hand tools and power tools. Candidates must provide their own hand tools. Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment. Willingness to take direction from onsite superintendent to assist in completion of the project. Ideal Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of three years prior experience as a Concrete Carpenter or Rod Buster. Have attention to detail. Availability to work Monday through Friday, some weekends, 8+ hours or more in challenging weather conditions. Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in cast in place concrete construction. Pass pre-employment drug test & background check.
