Cashier at a Smoke Shop

Looking for a cashier to work the morning shift at a smoke shop Shift Hours 9 am - 1 pm Bi-Lingual (Spanish + English) is preferred but not required. There are 2 payment options. Take flat $11.50 an hour or $7.50 an hour + Sales commission. If you choose to take commission, the commission break down will be explained during the interview. The smoke shop is located in homestead on US-1. You will be responsible for opening the store. The most important qualities I am looking for, is someone who in punctual (shows up on time), and follows directions well.
