4yrs, less than 40lbs, neutered. Lab mix of some sort we believe. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR PARTNER OR LANDLORD BEFORE CONTACTING! House broken and kennel trained though he's fine to be left out unsupervised so that's what I usually do. Very good with children though he still gets zoomies and has medium-high energy so he may accidentally knock over littles. Sleeps in bed with us every night. Total love bug. He absolutely loves other dogs however other dogs don't always love his enthusiasm or rougher play style so proper introductions are a must. Fine in the car. Knows basic commands (sit, lay down, come, kennel, go potty). Does pull on a leash. Scared of cats. Must be kept on a leash or on a tether when outside. He had a pretty high prey drive and feels it's his life's mission to rid the world of squirrels. Supervision needed when loose in an enclosed area of less than 5ft in height. I would not recommend him for an apartment, he is usually a very quiet, couch potato of a dog when inside however he will bark if someone approaches the property so I don't know how he would adjust to the noise of an apartment. Sadly, a change family circumstances and moving prompt needing to rehome in a timely fashion. Asking a small rehoming fee of $50. Will respond promptly.
