Job description PK Companies is looking for a maintenance technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience as a maintenance technician, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Full Time. 2 weeks paid vacation and 85% of health insurance paid for! Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings Grounds work, maintain all common areas, outside and inside as needed Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion Order and replace broken parts or equipment Maintain a clean and a safe work space Prepare vacant apartments for new residents Painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical and flooring repair HVAC repairs Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields preferred Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Must have own hand tools Deadline and detail-oriented 2 weeks paid vacation and 85% of health insurance paid for! Ability to handle physical workload Electrical knowledge or certification helpful Experience working with boiler and cooling towers preferred Customer Service attitude $15 an hour Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
