Taking bids on building a deck

Taking bids on building a small deck on the side of my property. Measurements are "9.5 feet by 8 feet" and "5 feet by 8 feet"- see the diagram in the photos attached. I would also like to have a canapy above it with a tin corrugated roof. You will also see photos of the deck (very similar) that I built on the other side of this duplex I will pay in full at the end of the job when it is completed.
