Older couple needs some assistance in and around the house. Quite a bit to put in the attic, maybe expand flooring or shelving in the attic. Possible deep cleaning. Landscaping, getting rid of some outdoor furniture, mounting this to the wall in the garage, clean garage for epoxy flooring, making sure everything in the garage is on wheels.
