We are a full service property management and construction company and are seeking a Corporate Maintenance Manager to join our corporate team. Pay would start at 20.00 per hour with additional bonus upon each job completed. We offer a flexible schedule. Primarily duties will be picking up materials and dropping off to sites as well as managing laborers and handling administration work regarding documentation of work orders completed. Construction and repair may be required due to staff shortages. We are looking for someone that wants to partner with us and assist with growing our current relationship with our client base as well as future opportunities with internal portfolio of projects and commercial projects. We are a family owned business and want all of our partners to grow with us. The base pay will start at $20 per hour for this specific project and other opportunities offered pay will be based on job. Bonuses will be awarded based on how quickly jobs are completed.
