Surface needs to be leveled and clean of debris and weeds
Install mulch 3 inches thick to prevent weeds Or Install Marble Chips (stones) 2 inches thick to prevent weeds (provide separate estimated for both of these options)
Mulch Details - Brown Chip / Red Chip
Stones: Marble stones or other
