The duties will include removing bones, cleaning and dressing fish, filleting into 6oz portions, and packaging. The ideal candidate should be able to lift up to 30lbs. and be able to read a scale. Shift Schedules and Pay: Monday-Friday 7:00am-finish | $15.00 per hour Sunday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm | $15.50 per hour Weekly Pay! Full benefits package available after conversion!
