As the Projects Manager for our Maintenance Division, you will be responsible but not limited to the following: Effectively communicate with all internal departments Create lasting relationships with customers Coordinate scheduling and operations of 5+ maintenance crews Review daily production logs to ensure that crews have completed all scheduled work in an efficient manner Coordinate maintenance schedules with other departments such as irrigation & installation Develop strong relationships with maintenance crews to ensure clear understanding of specific job requirements Visit crews at work sites to ensure quality, efficiency and that maintenance sites are being serviced to company standards in compliance with safety procedures as outlined in the employee handbook Perform periodic work site inspections to ensure that work is performed to prescribed standards of quality Take note of any enhancement opportunities on customer properties and propose suggested enhancements for customer approval Develops proposals for customer base Ensure that all services are posted and invoiced to customer accounts in a timely manner Assists first-line personnel (crew leaders) in carrying out their duties Provides technical information for inquiring customers, potential customers and field personnel Responsible for customer retention Responsible for Maintenance Team performance to budget Oversee safety of the Maintenance Team Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years landscape experience Background in sales is a plus Clean Driving record Excellent communication skills Ability to lead and inspire others Self-starter Strong organization skills Excellent time management skills Outstanding team building skills Would prefer an individual who has or obtains a spraying license Compensation & Benefits: Salary- Depending on experience PTO Health Insurance after 60 days Retirement plan after 1 yr Cell Phone Allowance Company Truck to drive during Business Hours
