We are grateful if you can pay in cash but also happily accept major debit & credit cards and apple pay. How will I know which items are half-price? All items WITHOUT the warning star on their price tags are half-off. Will vendor items be half-price? No, but many of the vendors will be running special offers. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You can show us your ticket on your phone or bring your printed ticket. What happens if Covid-19 changes the event dates? We will transfer your ticket(s) to the rescheduled event dates. What is the refund policy? No ticket refunds (unless Covid-19 forces us to cancel / reschedule). Also, all merchandise purchased at the sale is final, no returns or exchanges.  Can I bring food or beverages to the event? Sorry, per Bielenberg rules there are no food or beverages allowed in the fieldhouse, however you may eat in the lobby.
