Culture walk + support through undeserved communities outside of the downtown Philadelphia tourist areas by foot and public transportation. Masks Required! CDC Guidelines Implemented! Morals & Murals: Tales from Our Hood is a "day in the life" storytelling journey of personal history and everyday life in Philadelphia. During this educational hood experience using our great public transportation system, guests will be invited to safely immerse themselves in a raw conversation concerning mental health, racial injustices, poverty, drug use and more. Along the way, we'll come across a dozen or more dope murals (via walking and bus) featuring Black faces by Black artists. This experience is perfect for EVERYONE locals and visitors interesting in more of Philly's dope Black culture. TRIGGER WARNING: stories told via this experience may include sexual assault, PTSD, suicide attempts, and depression. This conversation might be painful, emotional or uncomfortable.
