Commercial cleaning and building maintenance company in business for more than 30 years is seeking someone to perform both custodial and light maintenance duties at our customer locations. Custodial responsibilities include, but are not limited to, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping and dusting commercial offices. Light maintenance includes repairing/patching sheetrock, light plumbing repair, door repair, mowing and other light landscaping, grounds clean-up along with an occasional apartment turnaround for new tenants. This full-time position hours are from 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our customers are located in downtown Syracuse and surrounding towns. This position may be assigned to different customer locations during the week or may be required to travel from one customer location to another within the same day and, therefore, must have reliable transportation to get to each location. Prior commercial cleaning and light maintenance experience is preferred. Qualified candidates have a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, polite with our customers and work well in both a team environment and independently.
