Hello I'm a local homeowner who is looking for a reliable handyman for my house in Grass Valley. I have contacted various people but seems hard to get people who follow through.
2 immediate projects are.
1. Small asphalt burm around a hose area so mitigate water runoff down the side of the house.
2. Complete pathway with DG and DG hardener (later gravel/railroad tie stair to replace existing stairs that were put in temporarily-this can be bid with initial 2 projects).
These projects would need to be bid by you and would be paid that price (I can/will purchase materials separately or reimburse separately). So would need project-based bids materials separate.
Please respond if you think you are a good fit. I will send photos of the initial projects.
Later upcoming projects: possible house/or trim painting and installation of washer dryer hookup.
