Instructors and Director wanted for awesome Tech Summer Camp TO APPLY: Please complete our online application at: PlanetBravo has technology instructor and camp director positions open in Berkeley at Berkeley Technology Academy! Camp instructors teach one technology class of 8-10 students per week while fostering summer fun at the camp. In addition to teaching courses, instructors participate in and lead outdoor activities, supervise the children, and collaborate on creative endeavors such as daily camp videos. The Camp Director supervises the camp and instructors. They lead all camp-wide activities, communicate with parents, and ensure a safe, fun camp environment. Qualifications: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Strong experience working with children - Strong technical skills (training provided for specific courses) - Some college education (current students ok) - Ability to clear all background checks from Department of Justice and FBI - Strong sense of humor Responsibilities: - Directors: Oversee all functions of the camp location - Instructors: Teach up to three of our courses throughout the 7-week summer - Lead outdoor fun and games - Supervise children at all times - Collaborate with the staff to bring creative work to the camp.
