Description

On Jan 17, 2020 4 PM, we will gather outside Faneuil Hall to reflect on King’s challenge. Boston’s best future is inextricably connected to our ability to address the complexities of structural racism. This racism is grounded in Boston’s history that begin at the institutionalization of slavery during the city’s history. The Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, who lived in Boston for years, has challenge racism with an attitude of brotherly love and sisterly affection. On Jan 17, 2020 4 PM, we will gather outside Faneuil Hall to reflect on King’s challenge. Can we find common ground? Can we find the Beloved Community? The answer is Yes! Join us. At the conclusion of this 1 hour gathering we will lister to one of MLKs final sermons. With candle lights.
