Sweatheart Shadow needs a home

This little kitty cat needs a home. He is a stray around my apartment complex. Someone reported me for giving him food and water. He/she is a sweatheart. he/she is affectionate, and thankful for food. He/she doesn't like to stay to long, 2 hrs is his/her max, If you are patient, and okay with him meowing for a bit to be let out, Shadow will surely stick around. I took in one already, she meowed to be let out for a couple weeks here and there, but I was patient and fed her regularly and she came to trust and know she is safe and won't go hungry. I have tried with Shadow more than once, but after a bit my kitty and shadow decided they were jealous of each other the attention so I had to let Shadow out. Shadow comes around each night, but since I was issued a warning from the leasing staff, I'm not to continue to help Shadow. I feel bad for Shadow, he has the face of please help me face that breaks my heart. I uploaded pics, please help Shadow out. Shadow is fixed, the clipped ear shows that.
