I have a property in Kannapolis that's like 93% done. I'm looking to hire a good crew to come in and finish it up. I want it finished turn key. House has been painted, but kinda sloppy. Needs a fresh coat of paint, may still need a few pieces of trim, stairs need to be done( trying to match stairs with laminate floors), window glass needs to be scraped( already had them glazed, but one or two may need repair), a few drywall patches where the electrician left holes, Finish Plumbing work needed( shower heads, faucets, sinks, and troubleshooting), maybe a few door handles, I need to get something done to the fireplace. I'm thinking tile and I'd like to put in a moveable island. I will also need to touchup the landscaping.I need bids asap! I'm trying to get this finished! Text 980-2five9-3308
