Level 4: Mutt Mentor Program Hi! We are so glad you are interested in volunteering to help AAF dogs!! Once you have completed the AAF Level 3-Advance Dog Care Orientation, you are eligible to get enrolled in the Level 4: Mutt Mentor program. In the Mutt Mentor program you'll be paired with an experienced volunteer who will help you apply what you learned in your Levels 1-3 training and answer questions. Also, with your Mutt Mentor you will be putting dogs in the play yards in "play groups". This is usually a highlight! Finally, there will be some discussion of safety and health procedures that are important to know when working with AAF dogs. Below are times that are generally available for mentoring: Mondays 1:30-4 pm Tuesdays 5-7 pm Wednesdays 5-7 pm Thursdays 1:30-4 Thursdays 5-7 Friday 1:30-4 Saturday 1:30-4 Sunday 12:30-3 Sunday 3:30-6 The Mutt Mentoring experience is usually divided into several sessions with each session being 2-2.5 hours.
