My wife (28) and I (30) are looking for a rental house or apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms in the Charleston/West Ashley Area. We would be looking to rent for a year starting around July 20th, 2022. My wife is a nurse and I am in school/work for a moving company. She works throughout the week/weekend and I am usually either in class or studying throughout the week and weekend, so there will be no issues with parties or noise complaints. We have a cat, and don't mind yard up-keep for a house like mowing the lawn, raking leaves, etc. We're looking for something in the price range of $1,300 - $1,500 per month.
