Do you have experience fixing things other people broke? Would you like to prevent and solve property issues? WRS Property Management is a growing management company looking to hire a part time maintenance professional. As we grow there will be additional opportunities. We are looking to add services for our customers and improve the communities we serve by bettering the properties we serve. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, proactive, tech savvy and attends to all matters in a timely fashion. You must be able to acquire a general contractors license in the state of Wisconsin. Hours are M-Fr and flexible. There will be opportunity for contract work as well. Experience Needed: *General carpentry *Basic maintenance knowlege *Painting Requirements: *Must have own tools *Clean record *Drivers license *Transportation to and from different local job sites *Ability to lift 75+ lbs *Experienced with Google and basic computer skills *Pickup truck a plus Starting pay based on experience and skills 20 hours per week, year round $18-25/hr Start immediately
