I need a steady person 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. (A total of 20 hours a week.) I am not seeking to hire a company. I want to hire an individual only. This is a two acre property with 56 units located in South Tampa near Lois Avenue and Kennedy Boulevard. Your duties will be to: Clean restrooms, pick up trash from the grounds and empty trash containers. Maintain dog park areas. Clean windows and mirrors, sweep and clean common areas, stairs, walls, and balconies. Get an occasional AirBnB unit ready. Get vacant units clean when they are ready to rent. Clean appliances. Vacuum or wet mop or wash common area floors. Other light cleaning and janitorial services as directed. You must speak English and be a non-smoker. Pass a basic background check. Sober. You should live close enough to be able to report to work on time every day. I will supply all materials and equipment. The pay is $16.00 per hour. (This will be a W-2 opportunity.)
