Description

The position requires an energy-filled maintenance tech who will keep Hide-Away Storage's buildings shining, their vacant units spotless, restrooms pristine, and their roofs leak-free. The job includes pressure cleaning, painting buildings, and minor repairs of metal roofs. Responsibilities and Duties * Positive attitude and willingness to help customers when they require assistance with garage doors, locks, and keys, etc. * Availability to assist customers or help with system issues after hours (in coordination with the Facility Manager). * Basic understanding of building systems, including air-conditioning, lighting, plumbing, roofing, overhead doors, fire alarms, security alarms, and irrigation systems. *Ability to operate a drill and other small power tools, paint floors and walls, ability to climb a ladder and clean out gutters and maintain golf carts. * Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to forty (40) pounds. * Basic computer skills.
