I am looking to hire a licensed Handyman/ contractor for the following job:. Replacing 8 windows; replacing or repairing the soft floors in the kitchen, bedroom, & bath of my mobile home; repairing/ replacing damaged drywall from leaks in roof ( has been patched already), but there is some mold. I have a USDA grant to cover the repairs but need to submit a detailed estimate from a licensed Handyman or contractor. This is a mobile home to which 2 additions were added in the past.
