Does anyone know anything about the foodstamp system that can help in anyway ? Im deaf and homeless and it seems ml not eligable for foodstamps or ssi or social security or any government help. Everything i try requieres phone witch i can't heat couse im deaf or válid proof of living Adress or they have no one in their Office that can deal with deaf people.
