Roofer needed. MUST BE ABLE TO pull permit in Indian river county 21 squares. Tear off and reshingle. New plywood and fascia where needed to pass inspection. Start immediately this week or next. Will pay $7000 ($330 per square). You provide material and labor. Any underlayment you choose, any architectural shingles (Owen’s Corning), white drip edge.
