Hello there and welcome to UPSM! We are growing quickly and are adding a new team to our gutter department. Everyone is welcome! PAID TRAINING Responsibilities: · Keep in communications with the head of the gutter division · Manage and direct helper/apprentice · Manage inventory on truck and work trailer. · Secure vehicles nightly · Manage gutter installation, repair, and maintenance · Building positive relationships with customers · Keep a clean work area · Being on time Requirements: · Experience with all types of gutters - preferred · 2+ years gutter installation experience highly preferred but we are willing to train! · Ability to lift 50lbs · Comfortable working on ladders and walking roofs · Excellent communication skills & Positive Attitude · Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions · Interest in growing the company with market expansion · Ability to work overtime if needed · Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation is a huge plus! · Clean driving record · Pass a drug and background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000 - $62,000 per year Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability
