Electrician, plumber, framer, drywall/finisher, windows, siding, kitchen, bath, tiler, mason, roofer, painter, demo, floors, floor finisher.
What do you do proficiently. We are looking for all phases of flipping.
Must do quality work at reasonable rates, this is not home owner pricing. But will keep the right persons or crew busy.
Must have transportation, tools to do job right, do what you say you can do.
No drugs on the job or under the influence, no drunks.
