OVOF is holding a workshop for Action Plan partners so they can learn more about the implementation process and how they can benefit. The workshop will cover the following: What lead and supporting partners can expect from OVOF with Action Plan implementation; How to utilize the OVOF Action Plan and OVOF itself in grant and funding requests; The availability of a local fund for lead partners; Break-out sessions for the lead partners of game changers. OVOF is committed to convening and facilitating meetings of lead and supporting partners where appropriate; supporting the implementation of action items and game changers where possible; tracking and communicating the success of action items and game-changer projects; and updating the Action Plan each year, including noting which action items have had their objectives met and adding new action items where appropriate.
