Help a musician relocate?

Description

52 year old male musician, living in Upstate NY. Been a drummer, guitarist, singer, playing lots of keyboard lately. Doing soft rock streaming on twitch, from a basement due to the pandemic. Are there places to rent, that are sound proof, that you can sleep /shower at? My day gig is delivering for Spark(Walmart) and Shipt(Target). I make $600 a week, but was told that if I working a bigger city (Like Murfreesboro) I could make $1000 a week. I could get an apartment in Nashville, but most are listing (in a quiet neighborhood). Maybe I'm a night owl that works 1-9 and when I'm done I want to rock out, without neighbors complaining. I am a great addition to any working band. Or I could start a band. Location location location. Do you see where I'm going with this???? Help me help you. Give me some options. I have a great 88-key weighted key Yamaha, a $600 acoustic that was inherited from my bass playing Grandfather who LOVED country music. He gave me my first music job on drums at 15, as I played a mean waltz and shuffle beat. Also own an electric Epiphone SG, a nice warm sounding Fender solid state amp. I've written songs and have one copyright. I'm into Elton John, Queen, Bruce Hornsby, Bowie, Peter Gabriel solo. 70's singer songwriter stuff Billy Joel. I've played in various cover bands in Upstate NY and Long Island. I've done label showcases, opened for Meatloaf 2x. I'm looking to make music a career, or at least gig more now that COVID restrictions are lifting. Thanks for reading rock on.
