Tidewater Arts Outreach brings Tina & Mike Moreau to the Hampton Public Library! This fun craft is suitable for all ages. Come make a beach in a bottle to enjoy the sights of summer all year round! The event is free and all supplies are provided. Face masks are optional in the library building.
