I need another downspout

either I need another downspout or I need my gutter adjusted. I have about 75 foot of downspout and it is holding water in the middle downspouts are not clogged so I assume it was a design mistake. The closest logical downspout would be at the corner of the house up two stories. I am also open to a quote for a new roof.
