Oar Staffing is conducting a search for Warehouse Coordinators for a client in Reno with experience in Inventory, Parts and Small Packages. THIS IS A LONG-TERM TEMPORARY POSITION Inventory – Coordinate and Plan and maintain daily inventory cycles, manage up to 10 associates Parts – Coordinate and process part orders, manage up to 3 associates Small Package – Coordinate picking, packing and shipping, manage up to 10 associates Job Qualifications: 1. Previous experience in similar role/responsibility is preferred 2. Ability to demonstrate management skills with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving 3. Working proficiency of Microsoft Office and Excel required 4. Critical-thinking skills to establish action plans and routinely assess effectiveness 5. Organizational skills to manage multiple moving pieces and people 6. 1+ years’ experience required Assignment will be Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required but is on a volunteer basis.
