TCNDC invites you to join us for a fundraiser in honor of National Homeownership Month, sponsored by Happy Raptor on June 23, 2022. It is hard to believe how far we have come since 2002, when we set out to create an organization that would provide affordable housing in the Tulane Canal neighborhood. Since then we have sold 19 homes and currently have 4 new construction projects in the works. We have provided over $793,000 in down payment assistance to low to moderate income homebuyers.
