She will discuss and answer questions regarding the Real Estate Purchase contract (REPC), and Bret Bushman with Security Home Mortgage will present the Closing Disclosure (CD), both part of your state exams. In addition, Heather Swanger, Director of Utah Real Estate School, TSG, will present questions from the 120-hour course to prepare you for the state exams.
