Register to study with the best! Join our Director, along with Brokers, Lenders, and Title professionals who have years of experience. We're excited for Rachel Murphy (a former Broker student) with R1 Utah, to host this event. She will discuss and answer questions regarding the Real Estate Purchase contract (REPC), and Andrea Hofheins with Title One will present the Closing Disclosure (CD), both part of your state exams. In addition, Heather Swanger, Director of Utah Real Estate School, TSG, will present questions from the 120-hour course to prepare you for the state exams. A light dinner will be served & is graciously provided by our hosting brokerage, R1 Utah, Rachel Murphy. We will have a test preparation book available for purchase.
