Description

Join the Kurt Vonnegut Museum and Library for our first installation of the Social Justice Writing Club with Tatjana Rebelle! Join organizer and poet, Tatjana Rebelle (they/them) to learn how to find and use your voice to create social change. You'll learn the practice of centering your story while also protecting your peace. You'll learn firsthand how to write for yourself, for entertainment, and for impact. You'll gain tools to help write for an audience of 5 or a crowd of thousands. Tatjana has over 20 years experience as a spoken word artist and a decade as an organizer. This workshop is for all levels of experience as a writer and any written form including lyricism, speech writing, spoken and written word. Notebooks will be provided but you're welcome to bring your preferred materials for writing.
