I am a real estate broker. I have a listing that needs some yard work. You would need a weed wacker and a heavy duty mower. Bring a chainsaw and axe. Bring tools. They might be necessary. There is a large area that has never been mowed. It needs to be cleared. A few small trees might be removed. Most would remain. Send resume or email describing your experience.
