Sweet 1 year old 35lb lab mix

She's a lab mix around 1 year old and weighs 35 pounds. She loves belly rubs and will fetch just about anything. She's good with people of all ages, likes other dogs, and is curious about cats (she does the "play" pose but doesn't really chase the one she's regularly exposed to). She jumps when she's excited, so I've been teaching her "off."  She knows "sit" and "come" and she's done pretty well with "wait" and "OK." She's spayed and up to date on all vaccines. She does very well in her crate. She likes to chew, and I've found some dog products that work well for her. She only goes to the bathroom twice a day (she doesn't even go potty on walks), so she's easy to care for. I have a crate, beds, food, 2 leashes, treats, toys, and a year's worth of heartworm/flea/tick medication. I'm asking a rehoming fee just for her own safety. The medication and supplies more than make up for the fee.
