Press release from the City of Cheyenne: May 13, 2022 2023 Proposed Budget Document CHEYENNE – The City of Cheyenne will hold a Committee of the Whole Meeting to discuss the fiscal year 2023 proposed budget on Wednesday, May 18th at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers of the Municipal Building (2101 O'Neil Ave.). The fiscal year 2023 budget will be the only item discussed. Free 2-hour parking is available at the nearby George Cox Parking Facility.
