Wednesday Workout Warriors 💪 H.E.A.L. is excited to partner with Digestive Healthcare of Georgia and Proud Smiles to sponsor FREE Outdoor Fitness in Sandy Springs every Wednesday in June at Heritage Amphitheater! Each week features a different class and top trainer in the area including yoga, strength training, dance cardio and more!Enjoy a great class, make new friends and connect with local businesses focused on your health and well-being. Gates open at 6:00, classes begin at 6:30pm each week.
