BRADENTON, FL — Multiple city employees accuse a Bradenton city councilman of creating a "hostile work environment" and have filed formal complaints, WWSB-TV reports. According to the TV station, the complaints allege that Councilman Bill Sanders cursed at staff, raised his voice and responded to staff in an aggressive manner. A third-party agency is said to be working to mediate the issues. At this time, Sanders has not responded publically to the accusations.
