Our paid orientation, which will be a combination of remote and in-person learning, starts on Monday, May 23rd and runs through June 2nd. Applicants must have a computer and reliable internet access to attend. We are seeking the following: Direct Support Professionals and Roving Staff to join our team.  Part-time or full-time depending on your flexibility, availability to work a varied schedule, and to be a company driver. Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are available throughout Fairfax, Great Falls, Bristow, and Woodbridge areas. Ability to support with people with behavioral and medical needs is required. Computer and writing skills are highly preferred. All candidates will be required to attend a paid two-week orientation starting May 23rd, part of which will take place at our main office in Dumfries. The orientation runs Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm. **All employees will be required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 within 45 days of hire and to be boosted after 6 months of initial vaccination.
