GAITHERSBURG, MD — A teenager was reported missing in Gaithersburg and Montgomery County Police detectives are asking for the public's help to find her. Betty Santiago, 15, was last seen Friday around 3 p.m. at her home on the 400 block of Muddy Branch Road. She is 5-foot-8, has black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a long-sleeved sweater when she was last seen police said, and she has a tattoo on her left forearm with the number 66 and a smiley face.
