Join us for the 2022 home food preservation workshop series held at Cooperative Extension, 193 Callahan Koon Road in Spindale, NC. Four workshops are available: May 26 Pressure Canning, June 8 Boiling Water Canning, July 12 Freezing & Dehydrating, August 9 Fermentation. The first workshop on May 26 from 9:00 - 12:00 will cover the basics of home food preservation and pressure canning instruction. Continue learning various methods of food preservation throughout the series.
