HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A man who went missing from Belcamp has safely returned home, authorities said Tuesday night. Charles Hall Jr., 45, had last been seen in the 200 block of Bald Eagle Way around 6:40 p.m. on Monday, May 16, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office. His family was concerned, officials said.
