WALLINGFORD, CT — Jesse S. Brown-Guillen, 26, of Wallingford, was killed in the two-vehicle crash on Route 5 in Wallingford early Tuesday morning, police said in an update. Brown-Guillen was driving a Mercedes-Benz that collided with a Freightliner tractor-trailer that was hauling a 53-foot flatbed trailer loaded with structural steel, according to police.
