Here are the top three stories today in New Orleans: In response to the recent COVID-19 surge, the New Orleans' health director is advising citizens to participate in a "short period" of indoor masking to combat the spread. With the events of last summer in mind, Dr. Jennifer Avegno wants to avoid overwhelming hospitals and encourages all to be more cautious until the case count goes down. (FOX 8 Local First) NOPD is currently searching for a missing 14-year-old girl, Kaylynn Brown, who was last seen on Monday exiting a transportation vehicle at the intersection of Tchoupitoulas and Market Street and has not been heard from since. Anyone with information about her whereabouts should contact NOPD.
