Rev. Mills shares plans to revitalize part of the Newtown neighborhood . M. Duckett will share her 70 + yrs as a Southernside resident. Reverend Stacey Mills will share his Church's plans to revitalize part of the Newtown neighborhood, adjacent to the Southernside neighborhood, by creating a cultural village of renovated housing and retail space. Reverend Mills will also talk about his role as the Executive Director of the Racial Equity and Economic Mobility (REEM)Commission. Mary Duckett will speak about her seven decades of living in the Southernside neighborhood and the potential of Unity Park to bring together so many of her hopes and dreams for her community becoming a vibrant place for all Greenvillians.  This event is being presented in conjunction with Conversations on Racial Reconciliation and Unity, a Special Interest Group (SIG) of the Furman University Olli Program.
